doctordoolargeName: Faust. Full previous name unknown, but last name was ‘Baldhead’… because he was bald. The beautiful thing is that this may very well have been his ACTUAL name, because Guilty Gear is just that wacky.
Age: Canon is mean and does not give us actual ages, but he looks to me to be in his 40’s.
Height: Faust is 9,3 foot long. That is 282 centimeters. Winner of height rule, oh yeah.
Weight: 121 pounds. 55 kilograms. I. I have no idea how that is physically possible.
Eyes: Flourescent. Canon, ilu.
Hair: Bald, but shh about that.
Medical Info: Faust is, for all instances and purposes, completely healthy and has no history of diseases whatsoever that we know of.
Physical traits: Tall. TALL. Taaaaaaaaaaaaalllllllllllllah. His chest is covered in scars shaped like a paper-bag with a peephole in it, and his limbs can enlarge and shrink and twist as he sees fit, the limit to how much they can change is currently unknown. Chinese ethnicity.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Nothing, really. Faust is deeply ashamed of his past and those who take it up with him tend to end up on the wrong side of his pimp-hand. Granted, the only one’s who do so in canon are Bitchy McWhinelord and Cunterella, Queen of the Cuntwaffles but… I don’t think it’s a good idea to let anything slip to Faust whatsoever.
What kind of characters should recognise him?: Basically, videogame nerds aimed toward fighting games. Guilty Gear is not as wellknown or common as Street Fighter, but it’s a higly esteemed cult-hit. He doesn’t really star in doujinshi a whole lot because he’s too wacky for yaoi and… too weird for regular hentai I guess, so the only ones who’d know about Faust would be the dedicated and quirkiest of quirky fighting game fans.
Abilities: orz, video game canons and how COMPLICATED they are to translate to RP-format. Okay, the two main tricks regarding Faust are his Doctor-powers. Faust is an excellent healer, capable of curing blindness, parasitic infestations provided the hostbody is storng enough to survive the removal, and a myriad of other diseases which I would tell you but those two are the only ones I know off. He is extremely good at this, and it’s suggested that he has conducted medical experimentation on himself in order to attain his stretching powers. Basically, Faust is a big ol’ Looney Toon: he can stretch, take massive beatings, fall from great heights, turn his head into a bomb… lots of weird stuff, okay? He can do LOTS of weird-stuff with his body.
His other ability is teleportation. In game, this is represented by Faust disappearing and then a door appears that is smacked into the enemy’s face/back/head etc. However, according to a novel that I’ve yet to find a translation for, Faust is described to possess the ability to enter and exit dimensions at will, and can teleport-godmod the hell out of just about anyone who can’t follow him. This is unfortunately all the information I have regarding this ability, and I’m not too sure where I can go knowing only so little… but for the moment, I won’t push this very far. Faust will be able to teleport into the common places around camp, but won’t be showing up in locked threads or your secret places unless I ask you for permission.
It should perhaps also be noted that Faust has a magical umbrella that lets him fly, the ability create miniature chibi’s of those he fight, and summon these… weird flower-things. And naked cherubs and cutesy grim reapers. I. I honestly have no idea how to translate this, so I’ll just make them comedic relief attacks.
Notes for the Psychics: Faust’s head is an unpleasant, dark and twisted place. I have no idea if he has any kind of defenses, but knowing him he just may have them. If I were to guess, I think his mindscape would be a twisted world where the ground is flesh and viscera, blood rains down eternally and corpses lie scattered here and there and everywhere because the man is. Not. Healthy. That’s not to say it’s all darkness though, there’s light and hope as well. It’s just… really wellhidden. Faust describes himself as ‘hollow’, and I think that’s quite telling.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Faust is from a fighting game, and as such completely prepared to open up a can of whoop-ass anytime, anywhere. Comedic violence will be allowed to go without repercussions, but serious attacks will be met.
Bodyswaps… oh god. Contact me beforehand, because I seriously have no idea how that would play out. I think Faust could quickly adapt, but he would be very paranoid about people taking of his bag.
Kissing will be met with stunned silence. But is a-okay!
Maim/Murder/Death: Faust is okay with dying and maiming. He’s unhealthy like that.
Cooking: … I can’t imagine Faust cooking food. I. I keep getting this weird image of him putting chickens in some magic hat, than shaking it all about and pull out fried eggs. I. I guess he’s good as a hardworking, genius doctor can be?
